Mar Pujol — D’aquesta aigua no en beuré. Catalan songwriter Mar Pujol has released an intimate album about time, identity and the value of slowing down. The title invokes a saying close to “never say never”, challenging the certainty with which people describe their own lives. Voice and guitar anchor songs that explore everyday contradictions without forcing easy conclusions.

Songs and musical direction

«Mitja Vida» and «De saber no en sé» consider the importance of moving at one’s own pace. «Ullsclucs» and «Jo soc» examine changing identities, while «No seria estrany» imagines spring flowers making the laws and «Moralina» questions rigid assumptions through invented proverbs.

Background and live plans

Carmen Aciar appears on «Ullsclucs», Silvia Pérez Cruz on «He vist l’amor» and Rita Payés on «No diguis mai». On «La mà a la mel», Pujol sets a poem by Ana Tobías to music. Announced performances include Castellón, Valencia, Girona, Barcelona and Iceland Airwaves.
