Madrid band Alcalá Norte have announced five major concerts behind second album «Dejémoslo como estaba», due on 4 November.

From Ciudad Lineal to Madrid’s biggest stages

The headline date is 20 February 2027 at Madrid’s Movistar Arena. The itinerary also includes Valencia, Santiago de Compostela, Barcelona and Mexico City, a striking change of scale since the band’s self-titled 2024 debut.

An album rooted in Goya and urban mythology

The record contains eleven tracks, with artwork by Carle Naide inspired by Goya’s drawing «Esto dejémoslo como estaba». Monks, urban planner Arturo Soria and the mountains of Mordor share the same scene, echoing the band’s fondness for local references and unexpected mythology.

From the debut’s awards to arena shows

Their debut won Spain’s Premio Ruido for best national album of 2024 and four MIN awards in 2025. The more interesting challenge now is musical: can a band whose identity is so strongly tied to one Madrid neighbourhood carry that distinctiveness into much larger rooms?

Dates and tickets for the five concerts

Dates: Madrid, Movistar Arena (20 February); Valencia, Roig Arena auditorium (26 February); Santiago, Capitol (6 March); Barcelona, Sant Jordi Club (20 March); and Mexico City, Foro Puebla (24 April). Tickets go on sale on 21 October at 11:00 Spanish time through the band’s website.

Five concerts, five tests of the band’s growing ambition

The Madrid date at the Movistar Arena is an obvious milestone, but the other shows matter as well. Valencia, Santiago de Compostela and Barcelona will demonstrate whether the band’s distinctive identity travels beyond the neighbourhood of Ciudad Lineal. Mexico City represents another challenge: the group has already appeared in Mexico, but presenting a new album there is a different proposition from a festival appearance.

The timing is unusual in one respect. Tickets go on sale on 21 October at 11:00, ahead of the album’s 4 November release, so audiences are being asked to commit before hearing the complete eleven-song record. That says something about the momentum established by the debut and its major Spanish awards. The creative test will be turning the album’s visual and lyrical universe into a show that works in much larger rooms without sacrificing its peculiarity.

The announcement lists five initial concerts, not a complete national tour. Further information: Promociones Sin Fronteras.
