Saray Botella and Lolo Gutiérrez, associated with Hazte Lapón, have brought together eleven previously released songs into a record spanning new wave, power pop and noise pop.
A standout track, “El escenógrafo”, combines restless guitars, layered vocals and reggae-dub-tinged synthesizers. The album was produced by Jordi Gil, whose credits include Derby Motoreta’s Burrito Cachimba.
The album arrives this Friday, October 16, giving listeners the first opportunity to hear the eleven tracks as one complete release.
